RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, ITEM(S) MUST BE SENT BACK IN SALE-ABLE CONDITION: NEW, UNWASHED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be cautious when trying on the garments, for sanitary reasons, try on bottoms over your underwear.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@sunsociety.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

REFUND PROCESS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 Days. If item(s) do not fit the above mentioned requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. If a return causes the total to fall below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

EXCHANGE PROCESS: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@sunsociety.co for assistance. We will guide you through the exchange process.

RETURN SHIPPING: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Note that the responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that the return shipment is insured and traceable. (initial) shipping costs are non-refundable.
